third quarter of fiscal year 2007, ended April 30, 2007.

-- Operating income improved to $0.9 million from an operating
loss of $1.7 million in the prior year

-- Non-GAAP operating income increased to $7.5 million from $7.0
million in the third quarter of the prior year
