Stock performance for the last 7 months has been very unimpressive.
Overall list of bureacratic achievements made by the company as announced are impressive.
It would seem that someone on the "in" leaked out in the autumn of 2006 that "very soon...big things".
This created a stampede while people bought.
And since hitting a high of ABOUT .86 the stock
has drifted; forming a double bottom this week.
Pending news according to posters at the stockhouse board.

Chinese government has approved their software; business model .
A very interesting business model.
I like the concept; but I won't put more than
a grand or so on this one, as cash flow from
pre-paid cards have yet to kick-in.
Only when sales kick-in will the stock stabilize and rebound.
So it's a good stock to wait for a news signal.
SET YOUR GOOGLE NEWS SIGNAL ON FOR THIS STOCK
AND MAYBE BUY A FEW ON PRE-PAID CARDS SALES CONFIRMATION.

Once the sales kick-in then the numbers should skyrocket and since the float of shares is less than 100 million
my guess is that it could pop very quickly to $3 to $5 or more.

Since the united states and china is cracking down on internet gambling, companies already in gambling may want to load up on this company as a way of being less exposed in the event of a legislated crackdown on internet gaming companies.
The price that this stock could fetch in the event of a takeover of course would jump in proportion to its profitability. At this time the company has yet to earn a penny in royalties; but all that could change ina matter of weeks.

As in all penny stocks, do your DD and if you feel that you will lose sleep over this, then buy a company in a later stage of development; and at a higher price.
