RACK just the transfering of operation chief.which you probably already know.

Rackable Systems Inc. (RACK) said Tuesday in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that Gautham Sastri was transferred from the position of chief operating officer and became the company's executive vice president, RapidScale. Rackable Systems is a Milpitas, Calif., data-storage company.
