I do remember seeing evidence of a prior bankruptcy but does it matter today?
Not in my opinion.
That was in a different time with different circumstances.
We can learn from our mistakes and that may have been a valuable lesson for PA and company.
Weighing the positives against the negatives I will happily hang on to my shares.
If there were no negatives we would be at a much higher pps but that may be a moot point "soon".
