Welcome aboard quicksand. There has been a problem in that SKCI is an 'unsolicited' stock, that is, it is not represented by any market maker. They have been able to manipulate the stock, and keep this wide spread, which we feel is keeping buyers away. This situation will be corrected shortly, either before, or concurrent with the forward split. Float is a mere 10.5 million at this time, and we have a company with no debt, revenues, low overhead, which is funding acquisitions with revenues. No dilution! Even after the split, float will be 105 million, which is still extremely low.
