HOWEVER, if you are cities like Chicago, St. Louis or anything in Oaklahoma, Nebraska your just middle American.

Minnesotians, PAcker lovers and Hockey fans from Detroit can consider themselves Northerners without having to admit being middle americans. Miami isn't east, its south. Funny is that San Deigo is not South its West. Hawaii is .

Another thing I have not found to rationale is where you classify where Cheech and Chong was born.... Is East LA West?
