But RLTR still has to pay for the services. Businesses can work together on project. They do all the time. But they don't comingle their resources. ICTN's investors, specially if they don't own RLTR, could be up in arms if ICTN is covering the expenses of RLTR. Maybe I misunderstood what you said, but I got the impression that they were given RLTR a handout.
