No smartscan locks on the shelves as of yet, I asked them when they expected them in at the services desk and they did not know

Same thing here ICEman I called six store managers in Dallas and they had no idea what I was talking about (deer in the headlights salesman)......in fact the stores are loaded with so many other products that they probably would not know if the product arrived.....

Some of the biggest Do-it-Yourself activity going on right now at Home Depot right now and they are missing out on slow product delivery.
