Dr Dew,

Is not 250,000 grand or so a year making a living? I am very surprised that you will not come out and say that a 'perk' of 20,000,000 shares which could well guarantee a huge profit at no risk is indeed excessive. Does 'staying positive, as you say', mean one can not or should voice concern over such blatant disregard of shareholder value? Has this board really come to that?
