That is a 'NEW' spin-on-administration IMO....Example: In the past and as was clearly proven by my Mrs. 2creates visit to Moscow and with our documented statements of our Russian directors...They (in the past also) provided them (Admin) NEWS as often and as frequently as was requested...and STILL then,,,,for 'some' reasons...It was NOT released...You make your judgment based on that ...I already have ...This recent little spin to point the finger the other direction as a distraction...Has not gone unrecognized in my recent puzzle-pieces-of-current-events ;]
