You may wanna take a position in RUBM this week.I think this may be the last of the buying below .40.I believe since the patent news recently, they have a great shot at signing Mexico and other countries.You saw what happened to OMEX now OMR with the treasure find.I strongly believe RUBM will follow suit.WE have a tech that no other has and exclusive rights to all wrecks Jamaican waters, said to have numerous spanish galleons thar are plentiful with gold and silver coins
