Johnny--I don't know the legal aspects of stock buybacks.. It would be nice if they could do it at these prices so it costs a lot less. But, the only way to get that going would be with money not from M2GEN because it has not formed yet. The catch is once M2GEN forms dnag could start trucking and it's going to cost a pretty penny to buy back stock, unless Dutchess helps out by dumping all 130 mil shares or so at .01 at the same time as M2GEN or Merck comes in to buy.
With Tony's scientific ability.. (The leukemia drug toxicity was quite an eye opener!!) I believe he could have Merck and M2GEN buy and hold DNAG shares.
Pharm co's have been known to buy and hold each other's shares.
They(dnaprint staff-especially Gonez at moffitt, merck and what will be m2gen staff) are all in it together.
They have been for many years behind the scenes already!
