OT the impact on even the skin is amazing, it looks younger- no question. I used to have to ice both of my feet and couldn't walk very well after my b-ball games, sometimes I'd have to nap the rest of the day- I ate primarily Kroger bought chicken and beef- I not only don't have to do that anymore, after 2 full hours of high intensity full court pickup with 23 year olds, I can work in my yard or take my dog for a walk- a few miles. If you are really interested, I supplement the following: Healthy doses of whey protein mixed with powdered spirulina, 2 Amino Acids....L-glutamine and Alpha Lipoic . I bagged all carbonated beverages like diet coke- strictly water( lots of it) and organic milk- I haven't bagged coffee, I like starbucks whole bean. No enriched flower- I'd eat some good pizza along the way because it's good stuff and noone wants to be a complete freak, overall my health and stamina for a 46 year old as my 25 year old basketball buddies say.... shouldn't be possible. It's a good feeling to walk out on the court and have good players, reject the notion of covering you. Some of that is my parents but alot of it is diet and training regimen.
