I personally do not know , but I will e mail my friend who ORG.lly turned me on to QT when he was day trading.

"Does anyone know how to retrieve a lost registration code, excpet by e-mailing them (QT)and asking them to send it to you?"

I did not know about your computer issue but I did realize your energy was not present recently.
