And if I may add, IMO they(PMCL) has the information to answer the OSC allegation and substantiate the wrong doing by Select American..

The fact PMCL and the other parties are "consenting to" the extension of the Temporary Order, it would be very interesting to know WHO made the request to obtain the consent and WHY?

Any thoughts??
