Hurricane Stocks

because i dont really know if it is a "true" hurricane pureplay, but i respect bill panetta so much so that i will post it as a hurricane play here as he says it is his hurricane play of the year.

i dont have time right now but seriously this is so much more so than just a hurricane play. And quite frankly, i think when we see .20s today or next week is really just the bottom.
