There are a lot, but I'd guess that at least 100,000,000 of those shares outstanding are Restricted, 'paid' to employees and former employees of Deep Blue and to entities that Deep Blue makes deals with.
Last figure I saw for the float was 158 million. I hope it's not too far north of that now.
