Making a pretty strong statement when you word it, "it seems Rick has $350,000.00 in salaries..." The document you provided say salaries and fees. I'd assume this means the money was spent for the buying agents, appraisers, lawyers, accountants, etc.? I highly doubt Mr. Berman has paid himself very much so far for his services.
