here are some calculations of value based on the info provided in the Dec 05 PR from GWGO... combined with recent PR info.. keep in mind gold price is higher now...

Mining Spin 1 (Bouse, Copperstone & Golden Eagle) management has been selected

the spin is GWGO's interest in Western Diversified Mining.... 71.43% which controls these subs..

so by my calculations, the co assets currently are approx $590M + not counting bonanza and the acquisition that has not really taken place since it hinges on an auditor that has not been identified as of yet. recent PR said no debt...
