Great report! You should be on Nolan's and UWNK's payroll. You do a better job.
One problem. "Firmly in the black" usually means profitable(making money). You did not mean that, did you? Would it were so!
They MUST raise funds, and soon(as Nolan stated himself). There in lies the rub.
If, and it is a big if, he is able to get the funds he needs on good terms, then you will be a rich man. IMO. And I hope. You will deserve it.
