Possibly, Joe. I don't know.

I would think, though, that whoever these people are who could drive the sp lower would have other plays that would take precedent over this stock. They could have their money tied up for quite awhile.

Unless, of course, they could also turn around and drive the sp UP, as well. ( :

If it got back down to .12, I'd bite.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
