I still can not understand why DNDN did not price a secondary right after the panel meeting. It just does not make any sense whatsoever unless there was a conflict between them doing that and Gold selling his shares. If that was the reason then Gold deserves to be fired...

As for a secondary now, they better price it tonight because I doubt the stock will hold its gains past ASCO. In fact, I bought puts today because I am convinced we are heading lower and rather quickly. Today's gains were very strange on what I consider to be neutral to bad news...
