honestly hard to say. i think we could see a dip in PPS but not a huge one as we are not doing a huge FS but rather a small one. adding shares does cause the PPS to dip but nothing to worry about. and FWIW i think when we get close to the FS here people will be killing to get a position here. if the FS goes off without a hitch we have the euro divy deal 2 weeks later. many people have bought PMCL basd on the FS and divy deals alone so that will be a time of great action IMO. :)
