I spoke with Ameritrade and they said they said that dividend hasn't showed up because HVLN hasn't paid (delivered) it.

HVLN -> TA -> DTCC -> brokerage

Once TA receives divi shares, it passes them to DTCC to distribute to brokerages. Either TA or DTCC has not received the divi shares.
I emailed Don asking what's the status on the May 31 divi.

Did anyone hear anything from Don?

Ameritrade said they should know more tomorrow and that I can call back then to check status.
