I don't get it! Say they more than doubled the outstanding to 3 billion. Is this company worth more than 3 billion times $.001, or $3 million? Obviously! It's a screaming buy if you believe that it can execute their revenue streams that they apparently have in the works, even if there are eventually 3 billion shares outstanding. The profitability should easily far more than compensate for the increased share count.
