Ok, lets look at this from Sandy's point of view.

Since Sandy doesnt own any of BCO (TFN)...and a buyout is coming....how does sandy get a piece of the pie? Maybe he drives the PPS down so that he can personally buy back and therefore gain more of a percentage of BKMP and TFN?

The only other way he gains is if he just says screw it I am out....and just worries about a salaried position at TFN.
