Bull, it seems the selling at this post split level has been minimal, hence, the PPS has been holding fairly steady in a small range. The primary problem with the lack of any significant buying I believe is two fold. Lack of the news we are waiting for and being down here on the gray market where many brokers and folks can't or are not interested in accessing this stock at this point in time. It really doesn't matter what the company may be working on. Until the news hits! All IMO.
