As I said in a previous post..
Telmex was to advertise up to two weeks before..not a month..Also..they were to run an additional test to a large group of users so that they can move down further into Mexico..That test was to start last week and last a week or two..Telnor is to have dial tone along with other selected features..The rest of Telmex is to offer the complete MV platform..Dial tone will come later for them as it does require a longer set-up time..If you are concerned..pick up the phone and call for an update..If you are invested in this company it would be prudent to do your own DD..Unless you think that reading a chat board is all the DD you need..LOL...veno
