Major...Our product was classified as a food product by the FDA with the GRAS letter that was sent to us. We submitted the list of ingredients to the FDA and they, in turn, evaluated them, and classified them on the GRAS list as a food product.
I do not know the procedures for acetaminofen, being an over the counter medication. Like caffeine, I would think that both of these would be GRAS, as long as the recommended usage was not abused. As the ingredients in these products have been evaluated by the FDA, they probably could claim such without actually lying. My experiences might not have any relevance in this situation.
This is my 3rd, and last post for the day... I find it interesting how certain cheerleaders continue to try to distract and deflect the truth with trivial questions, assumptions, etc that has no valid documentation from the company, or Eddie boy Hayter. They cannot attack the message, so they attack the messenger, to try to create doubt, and a credibility issue with new investors. So, until certain documents state that he is out of the picture, he is not out of the picture. History is just repeating itself, as it has done already with the denial of any involvement with the Astroms. LOL
And, for my response to the clueless comment about the PPS reaching .03...this is not true. Also, if the poster had read the entire post, and had only used some common sense, they would have summised, from my post that Eddie boy Hayter has R/SCREWED this company two times already, in a short amount of time, with my share count dwindling from 12,000,000 shares(ICAN)...down to 283,000 shares(IBCX)...down to the present 283 shares that I now hold(TXST).
I do believe that Eddie boy has made many mistakes, and will eventually be called to task by various investors and/or governmental agencies. No one knows what is going on behind the scenes, possibly by such agencies as the FBI and RICO. If they are involved, they will go public when they have enough evidence. Remember Operation "Wooden Nickel"?
The PPS will have to go to $25 per share for me to break even. Eddie boy dumped possibly as many as 15B shares and made possibly as much as $10M dollars on the dumpage of shares...not a bad business plan for making money...
Also, I have not heard back from aces, as he has made statements about buying some of us out of our shares, and, it appears that he was just popping off, and not interested in responding back with anything of substance... Reminds me of another poster within the last several months that did the same... HA! HA! HA! JMHO, of course, FWIW
