Biography Founded 1) Mesa Films, 2) HOD Films, 3) Chariot Film Group ERIC LOUZIL, a native of Australia, has been involved as a writer, director and/or producer on over 30 films, including the cult classics CLASS OF NUKE'EM HIGH, DILEMMA, SIZZLE BEACH, USA (with Kevin Costner), DESPERATE OBSESSION and WILDING. Mr. Louzil's films have had a strong track record in both domestic and foreign markets, attracting such stars as Kevin Costner, Malcolm McDowell, Joan Severance, and C. Thomas Howell, among others. Mr. Louzil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from UCLA in 1975. He is a member of the I.A.T.S.E. and the Producers Guild of America. Mr. Louzil has also worked on such feature films as BEYOND THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE, ALTERED STATES, LOVE AT FIRST BITE, DEAL OF THE CENTURY, THE CHAMP, and 1941, as well as numerous television productions including DYNASTY (89 episodes) and FANTASY ISLAND (40 episodes). Within the past several years he has produced three feature films including ILLUSION INFINITY, which stars Mickey Rooney, Dee Wallace Stone, Timothy Bottoms, and Barbara Carrera.
