Echelon Entertainment acquired all rights for J2M2
Echelon Entertainment just acquired All Rights, Worldwide, for an
Indian fantasy/ adventure film for kids, “The Power Of J2M2.”

j2M2 sounds familiar to the french industry (as diminutive to Jean Marie Messier). This Indian film is based on Gulliver's travels. Comparisons stop here.

This Indian spin on “Gulliver’s Travels” has been dubbed in English for an
international release in May 2003. iDream Production, which is part of
India’s leading investment securities firm, SSKI, based in Mumbai,
India, produced “The Power Of J2M2.” They distributed the acclaimed
Mira Nair film “Monsoon Wedding” which won the Golden Lion Award at the
Venice Film Festival of 2001 and was also nominated for the Golden
Globe Awards.
Echelon Entertainment is a newly formed company by owners, Eric
Louzil and Billy Blake, who also own RGH/Lions Share Pictures and Singa
Home Entertainment. Collectively, the trio of companies is a
subsidiary of The Triple “O” Seven Corporation. Billy Blake recently
produced “Wisegirls” starring Mira Sorvino, Mariah Carey, and Melora
Walters. Eric Louzil served recently as Executive Producer on “A Light
In The Forest,” starring Lindsay Wagner, Frank Bonner, and Bernie
Koppel. Echelon Entertainment is developing and distributing (foreign
rights) “Silence Becomes You” in association with Dragon Fly Films.
The film, set to begin shooting in May 2003, will star Academy and
Golden Globe Award-Nominated Juliette Lewis, Golden Globe Award-
Nominated Thora Birch, and Toby Stevens.
