Joe, I have his email and phone numbers already. I have tried getting these answers from him on numerous occassions with no luck. Since you seem to be in contact with him on a regular basis why don't you ask him my questions and report your findings.

As per my post 3671:

I have asked Michael Burke numerous times about these 2 questions and never got a response other than placing blame on the website guys for posting BHUB prematurely on the website.
