Clear skies and a pleasant morning will quickly turn hot. A ridge of high pressure helps bring warmer air to the Pacific Northwest... and record highs are possible on the coast today. Highs will be in the 80s on the North Coast.
In Portland-Vancouver today, look for near-record highs in the upper 80s. (The record today is 90 degrees.)
Tomorrow looks even warmer.. with highs in the low 90s.
