The company, which has just announced its intention to become a fully listed NASDAQ company, is now seeking a team of 350 electrical engineers from around the world to join its production team for the "SuperMag" electrical generator. As of the 11th of March, the first agreement has been struck, subject to formal contracts, with an individual who has extensive hi tech experience with companies that have provided equipment for the Apollo space program, and the F111 and F16 fighters for the Department of Defense. His responsibilities will be to oversee the space and lunar applications as well as the marine applications for the SuperMag.

The company has been tallying the potential orders from Europe which continue to pour in. The present tally is approximately 17,000 units in various sizes for the month of January alone. The dollar value of these potential orders still has to be calculated but it is estimated to be $900 million to $1.3 billion U.S. dollars assuming the orders can be filled.

The development of the first 10kw MI5 production version of the SuperMag is moving forward, and the first pictures of the system will be made available shortly. The first public demonstration of the technology now looks like it will be in front of a crowd of approximately 3-5,000 scientists, engineers, and interested parties from around the world who have all contacted the company to be on the invitees list


The company has entered into a letter of intent to acquire 100% interest of a mining property in eastern Canada subject to due diligence and further geological work. The subject property consists of approximately 100 sq. miles of pure white marble which can be surface mined. In the current rock samples taken from the property and currently undergoing geological assessment, there have also been indications of URANIUM and other rare earth minerals. The company cautions that these findings are very preliminary and further information will be released in due course

1.Supervision Entertainment Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Enigma G.C. of the UK to acquire the marketing rights for the Company's proprietary "SuperMag" electrical generation system in the United Kingdom for $35.5 Million.

2.TSG, a private environmental investment company, has made the first option payment to acquire the Canadian distribution rights to the 'SuperMag' Engine. The deal upon conclusion will be worth approximately $11.5 million U.S. plus ongoing residuals to Supervision on every engine sold. Besides providing power for the home there may be some automobile application

3.Supervision Entertainment is pleased to announce that it has, through a wholly owned subsidiary, signed various contracts for Video on Demand (VOD) with major companies such as Google, Netflix, Cinema Now, Rentrak, EZ Takes, and many other major companies in a number of countries. Due to NDA agreements with many of these companies, no further information can be released at this time as to the details of these agreements. The company is in the forefront of this technology and is also developing the telephone VOD market as well as the potential interactive programming activities for shows such as or like "Deal or No Deal," "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire," and others.

4.SuperVision "SuperMag" Designs New Power Systems for Wal-Mart to Solve $1 Billion Power Bill Problem.
Should the designs be acceptable to Wal-Mart and any subsequent SuperMag installations prove to be successful, the 3,800 Wal-Mart stores could be a tremendous customer for the SuperMag product and SuperVision. The estimated cost of each installation could be $3 million to $10 million each depending on the size but power bill savings could be far in excess of the 30% Wal-Mart is seeking. There are literally thousands of such customers around the world that could benefit from the SuperMag product.
