Stop using your rationalization in isolation. The Doc can stay quite as long as he wants to according to you. The doc can buy more time for audited financial statements according to you because of bad shell. Yet he is compelled to anounce the dividend news within a week of the potential merger. Why?

In my view you are playing a pump and dump game now. Pump it up like last time and dump like you did 25% of your holding. What do you have to say about that
