fwiw..we heard it from the head woman at Harrahs
in her office, but she says there are major plans to
turn 26 MILES of the Gulfport/Biloxi ocean front/bay front
that Katrina did a number on,
into a huge "Las Vegas of the South"...still lot's of damage
down there but lot's of building going on too..this brand new Hardrock due to open 07 07 07 for example..also a pre Katrina shot and the way it is now..Harrahs going to rebuild 'Margaritaville'..can you imagine a "Sin City" on the Gulf Coast, and not in the middle of the desert?..
