Oh I have a feeling I'm going to flunk this class.
I just disagreed with the professor in reference to this statement:
Unfortunately, many of today’s criminals have had terrible upbringings. Where would we draw the line? This reminds me of the insanity defense. Sane people do not kill or harm others, in my opinion. Therefore, should be allow or easily forgive murderers because they were insane at the time of the crime? These are tough questions with tougher answers.
As rawnoc would say, "horseshit" those assholes don't belong out in society whether they're crazy, under the influence or their life just plain sucked whatever the reason for taking another's life!
