RRG, you might also want to investigate the FDA youself. If you google "FDA corruption" you will get over a million hits. That doesn't mean anything in and of itself. Google UFO and you will get 1.7 million hits, and Jesus Christ gets 6 million fewer hits than Michael Jordan. However, you might find a few articles that don't appear completely irrational. I certainly did. Then again, we may have differing perspective about the boundaries of rationality.

And by the way, don't try to find a good book on the subject. There isn't one. Don't ask me my perspective on the American publishing industry. At least free speach is alive and well on the internet. However, this freedom will be taken away in the next few years,like everything else. Everything that is not under the control of the government or big business simply hasn't been around long enough.
