No pink sheet stock EVER completed a successful buyout. Oldest scam there is. Last example is a company called "IDS Worldwide" (PINK SHEETS: IDWD). They used the same scam as Aurus. First a stock dividend that never was paid. Then, 2 months later, on July 3, 2006, they "received" a "buyout offer" for $1.75 per share. Of course, soon after, a couteroffer was received for $2.35 per share (sounds familiar?). The stock price climbed from $.60 to 1.40.
Of course, the buyout was never followed through, as a matter of a matter of fact, there was no mention of the $2.35/share buyout from the minutes of the 27 Feb 07.
Meanwhile, the stock price dropped from 1.40 to a current 0.10.
I assume that AURC stopped releasing any more fake news about the "Buyout" since most of Select American's (AURC's tranfer agent) stock has been halted on May 18. It's likely most stock (possibly AURC) will follow.
GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!
