"The flash estimate
is based on data published in the Energy Information Administration's Monthly Energy Review (April 2007). These estimates are considered to be preliminary. More detailed estimates of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from all sources, energy and non-energy, will appear in the report Emissions of Greenhouse Gases in the United States, 2006, which is scheduled to be released in November 2007. The latest report for all greenhouse gases and sources is still available."
