The order to cease trading in PMCL was eliminated from the May 18 version and replaced with this on May 22;

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to subsections 127(1) and 127(5) of the Act, that trading in any securities by Select American shall cease and that any exemptions contained in Ontario securities law do not apply to them;


They are restricting trading for Select American company!, not halting trading in all of the companies that they were the TA.
