First and foremost, I come here as an investor in RSDS.

IMO, if a merger were announced in the near term, it will be TRSI that benefits in the deal. Under any circumstances, I can't see a company offering more than double the current PPS of a stock. That means TRSI could potentially buy out RSDS for .0020 a share or so, probably fairly easily.

Now if you ask any investor in RSDS what a fair price is, I'm guessing most if not all will quote higher than .002.
