rubco- It can be done in a small time if the right people are involed. Don't take my word for it. Check PLRS. They had 70M shares O/S and the stcok was langusising at 0.01 in Nov 06. 700M shares were issued in private placement and pps went to 0.13 and is very stable. Check for yourself the news headline for PLRS and the time table and the stock chart between Dec 2006 and March 2007. This was implemented within 30 days. They have no revenue per-se and this working capital wil be used for 2 years. XKEM is in a much better place than PLRS.
