How can I try it myself?

Where could I possibly find a large enough group of rocket scientists who I could con into giving me over one million dollars for a $20,000 piece of dirt in Utah? People aren't that stupid are they?? Do you think they would keep buying my stock even if I got really greedy and issued over a billion shares to my friends?
