It looks to me like they only paid $20,000 for some piece of land in Utah. It's listed under Cash payments for the purchase of property $20k.
Since then they reverse split the heck out of the stock.

shs decreased by 1 for 100 split
Ex-Date:
Record Date:
Pay Date: 2006-11-27

Then they proceeded to issue another 1 billion plus newly minted shares.

You have to admit that's one heck of a parlay turning a $20,000 piece of dirt into a million dollar plus market cap.
