I realize there are 2,000,000,000 shares authorized, and that if they start printing, I don't care if they have a gold mine, it will fall. That's the bottom line here. We need information as to structure and the past liabilities, not just hype. $4MM doesn't disappear if it existed, and why was there a full dump of every authorized share if the company was going to do something legitimate. Why didn't the company buy a shell that doesn't have such a checkered past if they have all this money?
