what it looks like to me, is his company is in the business of taking private companies public via a shell. His company is also a venture capitalist, and he seems to try and take adavantage of the companies he lists by being on their board, or part of their senior management team, getting tons of free shares for his "sevices", etc

He's a scumbag, no doubt about it, but so far looks legal.

Lots of scumbags that know how to work the system.

Look at Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of both AXIA and MHUS. He's diluted the crap out of them to the 10 billion limit, so today he's announced the company's 6th RS of 1-10000, so he can dilute again.
