share information as you well know, however, I can tell you this, I have been working with Alan for several months now on various projects for the company. He has stated in the past that there will be no dilution and I trust his word.

Alan has stated that this company is not your typical pinkie stock that depends on share sales for revenues, they have plenty of revenues and the stock price really does not impact their cash flows, in fact they have more work in process now than ever in their entire history,

we will all have to wait for this to play out and one thing you can be assured of, if he promised us share count information at the end of every month you can bet that he will keep his word,

I am only reflecting on my personal experience with Alan and can confidently state that he is true to his promises, I wish I could offer more but I simply cannot, so I hope this is of some benefit,
