I'm puzzled as well over the going concern clause still in the report... Why would they be a going concern based on last 2 Q reports? Especially if they disposed of the 'unprofitable' unit and stuck with the profitable one? Hmm, needs some digging. Especially in light of my recent buys from recs on VMC LOL. I've managed to pick the bad apples seems like lately.

I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence... But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled.
