It indicates that ACMG could be a scam like some of the other SA corporations ... or it could mean they bought a jacked shell and have a mess. Cavasin did indicate there were shell problems when asked about the financials once, however, which somewhat indicates he was duped.

It seems like the 'scam' corporations were linked together pretty easily by common players, addresses, etc., once their filings were found. ACMG does not at this time appear to have any of those common linkages with the scam corporate entities, so that is good as far as it goes ...
